1. ELIGIBILITY

• Players must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid PlayerSaloons account and legitimate access to F1 25 are required.

• Players must use the platform stated in the competition listing.

• PlayerSaloons may require identity verification.

2. PLATFORM

• Approved group: PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / PC.

• Cross-play must be enabled where players are using different platforms.

3. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION

• Players must complete registration before the competition begins.

• BYEs may be assigned automatically when necessary.

• If the tournament does not fill, PlayerSaloons may continue with the available eligible players.

• PlayerSaloons may recalculate the final prize according to the actual number of eligible participants.

• The final prize may therefore be lower than the amount displayed for a fully subscribed tournament.

4. MATCH SETUP

• Players must use the track, car/class, race distance, assists, weather and other settings stated in the listing.

• All competitors must confirm the lobby settings before meaningful racing begins.

• Unauthorized modifications or settings are prohibited.

5. MATCH START

• Players must be ready within 5 minutes of the scheduled or system-assigned start time.

• Failure to appear may result in forfeiture.

6. RACING CONDUCT

• Deliberate collisions, intentional blocking, track cutting, exploit abuse or other unsporting conduct are prohibited.

• Players must compete fairly and follow the applicable in-game rules.

7. RESULT REPORTING

• Results must be reported immediately after the race.

• When one player reports first, the opponent has 5 minutes from that submission to confirm or dispute the result.

• Failure to respond within 5 minutes may result in the first reported result being accepted.

• Players should retain screenshots or video showing the final result and player IDs.

8. DISCONNECTIONS

• Technical problems before meaningful gameplay may require a restart.

• PlayerSaloons may order a replay or make a ruling based on available evidence.

• Intentional disconnection may result in forfeiture.

9. FAIR PLAY

• Cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, unauthorized software, exploits, collusion and false result reporting are prohibited.

10. NEXT ROUND

• Confirmed winners automatically advance.

• Disputed matches may pause the affected bracket until resolved.

11. PRIZES

• Prize distribution occurs after the final result is confirmed.

• Prizes may be subject to verification, fraud checks and compliance procedures.

12. DISPUTES

• Supporting screenshots or video should be provided wherever possible.

• PlayerSaloons administrators have final authority on competition rulings, subject to applicable law.
